Ms. Roberts obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, in 1978 from Wesleyan College, Macon, Georgia, and a Juris Doctorate Degree, cum laude, in 1981 from the Joseph H. Lumpkin School of Law of the University of Georgia, Athens, Georgia. While in law school, she was a member of the Georgia Law Review and served as the Executive Editor of the Georgia Law Review. She also received the Georgia Association of Women Lawyer's Outstanding Woman Law Student Award.

Ms. Roberts is admitted to practice before all Georgia state courts. She is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Georgia, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States.

Ms. Roberts concentrates in business and contract litigation. She also practices in the areas of bankruptcy law, business formations, church law, labor and employment law, and probate law.

He was also a scholar in the European Economic Community Fellowship Program.

Mr. Jenkins is a trained arbitrator and mediator. He has also served as an Administrative Law Judge for the Georgia Indemnification Commission and the Georgia Department of Medical Assistance. He is admitted to practice before all Georgia state courts, as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia.

Mr. Jenkins concentrates in business law and business litigation, including business formations, contract drafting, and litigation of contractual issues. He also handles probate matters, guardianship issues, personal injury cases, and premises liability cases.
