Is your firm willing to help a client with one discrete part of a case, without taking on the whole case?

As a highly independent individual, I wanted the flexibility to work in a career field where I have the ability determine who I am able to assist on a daily basis. In my profession and my current office structure I have that ability.

What are your policies about dividing work within the firm to make the process most cost-effective for the client?

I was raised near Butler closer to Clarion Pennsylvania and have a strong tie to this area. At age 17, I joined the US Army and served across Europe as an Abrams Tank Crewmember. I then decided to become an Airborne Ranger and completed various assignments in the United States and abroad. I spent the last 10 years of my 14 years of service in a Long Range Reconnaissance and Surveillance Unit, in both Active Duty and the National Guard. I began my education at part time classes offered after hours in various places abroad. I received a great benefit from attending these numerous universities while abroad. I possess an unparallel degree of confidence and work ethic and will apply these skills to your problem.

How frequently does your firm use mediation, arbitration, or collaborative law to resolve cases?

I feel strongly about the rights a person may be required to relinquish as a result of the criminal system and do not take this task lightly. The responsibility that comes with handling family related legal matters is equally important and I sincerely enjoy obtaining the optimum outcome for my client.

Does your firm provide pro bono legal services or otherwise participate in your community?

I enjoy the ability to help people who are truly in need. This is the most rewarding aspect of my career.

What distinguishes your law firm from others?

Both my office manager and I have over 10 years of military service and were both paratroopers with the 82nd Airborne Division. We are direct, to the point, punctual and above all, professional.

What is your firm's point of view regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?

It is always helpful when the client can obtain a foundational understanding of the legal process. Being prepared to ask the correct questions allows us to focus our efforts on solving the problem rather than discovering what the problem is.

Is your firm willing to review documents prepared by clients?

I invariably instruct my clients to prepare documents, narratives and especially time lines relating to their case. Having this information completed prior to the interview process will shorten the time needed in the early stages of the relationship.

Is your firm willing to coach clients who want to represent themselves?

Generally this is not advisable and it would be improper to attempt giving instruction on navigating the legal system, however, in rare circumstances this is appropriate. If your matter is appropriate, I may assist a client with this request.
