I am the founder of Adiuvo Law Group, PC. Adiuvo Law Group was founded in 2008. Adiuvo Law Group is here to help, assist, and guide clients with Bankruptcy and DUI's. Our clients are assured that we are here for them as they are facing trying times. We explain all options to our clients so that a well-informed decision is made. Our goal is to have clients and their families feel safe and secure.Example cases
When analyzing a bankruptcy case, every case will be different and will require special attention. I have filed hundreds of cases and not one case has been dismissed by the court for abuse. I find that many clients believe that, with the new laws, they may not qualify for a Chapter 7. However, when there are difficulties in qualifying a client, a competent attorney will use special circumstances whenever possible to qualify a client for a Chapter 7 before forcing a client into a Chapter 13. If a client must file a Chapter 13, there are benefits to a Chapter 13 that are not offered in a Chapter 7. Therefore, both Chapters will be thoroughly explained to clients.

Yes, I offer a one hour FREE initial consultation.
I do not have a flat-fee. Each case is different. It would not make sense to charge one client with a simple case the same amount of money as a client with a complicated case.
Varies by the type of case.

With Bankruptcy, I am able to see the end results quickly. A client may come to my office today not knowing what to do with creditor harassment, foreclosures, etc. Within a short time, those problems are gone. It's self-satisfying to know that because of the work I have done my clients can sleep at night.
I understand that with all the stress my clients are facing, legal information may be overwhelming. I don't expect my clients to know the legal intricacies of what they are facing when they come to see me; I feel it is my job to explain. When clients are able to educate themselves, they should do so from the right sources. When reading information online, clients must ensure that the source is credible. Before relying on information from a friend or family member, clients must remember that all cases are different and what applied to their friend's case may not be applicable to the client.
It depends on the types of documents. I will review documents if they will help me with the preparation of my case. However, it is usually best to start from step one and redo all of the paperwork so the paperwork will be acceptable to the court.
I am not willing to coach clients who want to represent themselves.
I worked in both large and mid-sized firms, including one of the largest bankruptcy law firms in the nation before establishing my own law firm.
I am a zealous advocate for my clients. I am able to be empathetic towards my clients' situation because I grew up with very little and had to struggle to be where I am today. I went to UC Davis School of Law, one of the top law schools in California, which prepared me to be an excellent lawyer. I don't do anything half-way and I get the job done.
My strength is that I am very efficient yet thorough. I will not make a client come back to my office multiple times if it is not necessary. I generally complete all paperwork right away so that when the case is filed all that needs to be done is updating. With all of the cases I have filed, I have become well-versed in bankruptcy law.Personal interests:
When I have free time, I enjoy hanging out with my family and traveling.
