How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

We have long been devoted to using the law to help those most in need of assistance. When I started in this field, there was virtually only a few other attorneys who represented the disabled. I found that I enjoyed knowing that my efforts made a genuine difference in peoples' lives and focused exclusively on cases in this area.

What experience or education distinguishes your lawyers from others

30 years of handling only SSD and SSI cases gives us a huge edge over our competitors. We have consistently obtained favorable results for the vast majority of our clients.

What distinguishes your law firm from others?

Our practice is concentrated exclusively in the Social Security/SSI field. We do not handle other types of cases.

Jan has been recognized by a survey of other impartial attorneys as the #1 lawyer in this field by the Leading Lawyers Network.

We have obtained benefits for many thousands of disabled claimants over the past 30 years. We win about 85% of our cases.
