I provide legal assistance with respect to my client's acquisitions, refinancing, sales, leasing and other dispositions of Arizona Commercial real estate including: (i) preparation, review, legal analysis and negotiation of purchase agreements, options and or other related transactional documents; (ii) preparation of the organizational documents for the Arizona entities that will acquire Arizona real estate; (iii) review and negotiation of the various loan documents related to such real estate including preparation, if necessary, of a local counsel opinion letter in regard to such loans; (iv) review and legal analysis regarding title, title insurance, surveys and other acquisition legal due diligence matters for such acquisitions; (v) preparation, review, legal analysis and negotiation of closing and transactional documents to acquire and dispose of Arizona real estate; and (vi) preparation, review, negotiation and legal analysis of easements, ground leases and covenants related to commercial real estate; and (v) preparation, review, negotiation and legal analysis of commercial leases.
