Criminal Defense
You have rights and Jaeger Law Office is prepared to move quickly in your defense.
If you or someone you know has been arrested or is under investigation by the authorities, you need to find a lawyer quickly. There is a vast array of state, federal and local agencies that have the power to arrest people and bring them before the courts. Criminal cases are brought by the government against people (or sometimes against corporations) in one of two ways: either a person is arrested or a person learns that he or she is under investigation. Once a person is arrested, he or she becomes a "defendant" in the criminal justice system. In order to navigate this maze of bureaucracy and avoid the pitfalls of an unmerciful system, contact us for a free consultation.

DUI and DWI
Jaeger Law Office has experience in the law of the rules of the road, including DUI and DWI.
In terms of criminal law, DUI/DWI is one of the most technical. Very few areas of criminal law require a chemical test, in other words, a scientific analysis during every investigation. It takes the experience of Jaeger Law Office to sift through the government's evidence.
