Mr. Jordan has actively worked in the areas of personal injury litigation, premises liability, property damage, breach of contract and civil litigation since 2002. Mr. Jordan has successfully tried to verdict several jury trials, involving a wide range of alleged damages.
Mr. Jordan was selected for inclusion in the 2011 and 2012 Texas Super Lawyers "Rising Star" Edition. Only 2.5 percent of the lawyers in the state were selected.
Mr. Jordan has received an "AV Preeminent" Peer Review Rating (the highest rating) from the Martindale Hubbell Law Directory.

Mr. Jordan presented Ethics: When The Right Thing To Do Might Be Wrong to the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriting Society (September 2011).
Mr. Jordan received a B.B.A. in Finance from Texas A&M University in 1992, and he received a M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Texas in San Antonio in 1999. In 2002, Mr. Jordan received a J.D. from St. Mary's University School of Law, and he was admitted to practice law in Texas in 2002. Mr. Jordan is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Western District of Texas and Southern District of Texas.
While at St. Mary's, Mr. Jordan was a member of Phi Delta Phi legal honors fraternity and a recipient of the Dean's Leadership Award. Mr. Jordan also served as an Associate Editor of the St. Mary's Law Journal, and he served as a judicial intern for Judge Edward Prado judge for the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas. Mr. Jordan was also listed in Who's Who Among American Law Students.
Mr. Jordan also studied abroad at the University of Innsbruck in Austria (which included studying under the late U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice William Rehnquist).
