Immigration Law

How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

As stated above, my background in finance helps me advise my clients through difficult financial times. Having grown up on the border with Mexico also gives me an insight as to what my immigration clients are going through.

What is your firm's point of view regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?

In our office, our clients always deal with an attorney in all important matters concerning their case.

Is your firm willing to review documents prepared by clients?

Though we prefer to prepare documents for our clients, we do not mind reviewing documents prepared by clients.

Is your firm willing to coach clients who want to represent themselves?

Though we prefer to handle a case for our clients, we do not mind coaching clients who want to represent themselves.
