Stacey Isaacs

Ms. Isaacs was born in New Jersey. She attended the University of Miami, where she served as Chapter President of Sigma Delta Tau Sorority and chaired various Homecoming events. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish, with Honors in her major. She studied at the Universidad de Salamanca for a summer semester during college. After graduating the University of Miami, Ms. Isaacs received a Centennial Scholarship to Seton Hall University School of Law, in Newark, New Jersey . While in law school, Ms. Isaacs was Vice President of the Jewish Law Society. She also had the honor of singing at her law school graduation, at the Garden State Arts Center.

Since returning to Florida in 1997 after passing both the New Jersey and Florida bar exams, Ms. Isaacs has been employed by various notable insurance companies as in-house counsel, defending their workers' compensation cases. She also worked in the private sector, doing only workers' compensation. While employed by AIG, Ms. Isaacs was the Florida Tails' editor, responsible for providing caselaw updates nationally to other attorneys.

In her spare time, Ms. Isaacs enjoys spending time with her family, running, and singing lead vocals for her band, Rejection Damage.

David Benn

Mr. Benn was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He attended Boston University, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics in 2002. He attended law school at Rutgers University School of Law-Camden and received his Juris Doctorate in 2005. While in law school, Mr. Benn was a judicial intern for the Honorable James T. Giles, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Benn has focused his legal practice on the representation of injured workers in workers' compensation claims and wrongful termination claims arising under F.S. 440.205 since 2010. Previously, Mr. Benn represented some of the largest statewide employers and their insurance companies in workers' compensation claims. He has the distinct advantage of knowing how the employers and insurance companies operate and defend such claims. Mr. Benn has successfully represented hundreds of injured workers in the State of Florida and has obtained favorable recoveries on their behalf, both prior to and through trial judgments. He is always available to his clients and takes great pride in making sure that all clients' needs are addressed during the litigation process.

He is a member of the Florida Bar. Mr. Benn is proficient in Spanish and has lived in South Florida since 2005.

William Haro

Mr. Haro was born in Miami, Florida. He attended Florida International University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. He graduated law school at Nova Southeastern University (NSU), Shepard Broad Law Center in 2006 in the top 5% of his class and again achieved the academic honor of graduating Magna Cum Laude. While in law s chool, Mr. Haro was named a Goodwin Scholar and was one of a select group of students who were awarded the Goodwin Scholar Scholarship. In addition, Mr. Haro was awarded the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers Scholarship for having provided direct representation to indigent persons in Broward and Miami-Dade Counties in connection with family law proceedings, including divorce, dependency, termination of parental rights, and adoption cases.

His legal practice has focused in the area of Workers' Compensation law, spending the first five years of his practice representing injured workers exclusively. Additionally, Mr. Haro has had experience in handling complex litigation in the areas of commercial litigation, construction litigation, and tort liability defense.

Since then until the present time, he has solely dedicated his practice to helping injured workers obtain benefits and protect their rights in the complex and ever-changing Workers Compensation arena, having the distinct advantage of having experience in how insurance companies and employers operate and defend such cases. Furthermore, he has had success in litigating claims for Wrongful Termination when Employers have taken adverse employment actions such as harassment, coercion, and termination against injured workers who have attempted to exercise their rights under the Workers' Compensation law. Mr. Haro has successfully represented many thousands of injured workers, obtaining favorable recoveries both prior to and through trial judgments. He takes particular pride in being accessible to clients, and assuring that all clients' issues are addressed.

He is a member for the Florida Bar and admitted to the Federal Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Florida. Mr. Haro is fluent in Spanish and has lived in South Florida for the past 30 years.
