Nicholas (Nick) Huang has a broad range of experience in mortgage foreclosure defense, business and corporate transactions and litigation, real estate, estate planning and administration, personal injury, and criminal defense. He provides negotiation and litigation representation at the federal and state level.
In addition, Nick provides guidance on structuring and forming corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, nonprofit organizations, and professional corporations. He also counsels and advises on corporate governance concerns, director and officer responsibilities, and general business planning. Nick's experience in various areas of law allows him to provide guidance on diverse issues, retaining other attorneys from the association when their expertise is necessary to meet the needs of his clients.
Nick currently serves a member of the conflict panel for the Marion County Public Defender's Agency. He was previously employed with the law firms of Dykema Gossett, PLLC, Hoeppner Wagner & Evans, LLC, and Maleki & Associates.
