Criminal Defense
Hussein & Webber, PL devotes the majority of its practice to criminal defense in Jacksonville, Duval County, Clay County, and Nassau County Florida.
Our Jacksonville criminal attorneys handle a wide variety of criminal law matters, including DUI defense, battery defense, domestic violence defense, resisting arrest defense, suspended license defense, theft defense, possession defense, worthless check defense, disorderly conduct defense, and other offense areas.

What distinguishes your law firm from others?

Our success as a criminal defense law firm is owed to a simple, yet powerful philosophy: aggressively protect the rights and interests of the criminally accused, and do so in a manner that respects financial limitations. Through innovative litigation strategies and the elimination of inefficiencies endemic in the legal profession, we believe that the availability of spirited representation can be expanded without a compromise of case outcomes.
