Nicole Abramowitz Weber

Nicole's roots grew in Poland, France, England, Norway, Ireland, Canada and Romania. Her family is currently scattered across the United States. Nicole traded the Midwest for California in 2008.

Nicole graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Illinois College of Law in 2008 where she attended on a full scholarship. After law school, Nicole represented immigrants as an attorney for children and victims of domestic violence for over three years.

Nicole is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), and is active in AILA's Santa Clara Valley (SCV) Chapter. Nicole currently serves on the Executive Committee for the SCV Chapter and as the Chapter Co-Coordinator of the American Immigration Council's 17th Annual Celebrate America Creative Writing Contest.

Nicole is committed to her community. She volunteers at pro bono legal clinics every month. She also serves as a mentor through Big Brothers Big Sisters and as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for foster children.

Nicole brings her persistence and focus to every client and every case. She believes true advocacy is rooted in the details.

Isabelle Hurtubise

Isabelle immigrated to the United States from Montreal, Canada, with her German mother and Canadian father. She grew up in a household full of diverse languages and cultures and has always loved the blend of different human perspectives on the world. She lived in Montreal, London, New York, Boston and Tampa before settling in her true home, San Francisco, in 2002.

Isabelle graduated from Harvard University in 1995 with honors and New York University School of Law in 2002.

Her professional life has been as diverse as her heritage. Before law school, she worked as a management consultant to financial services firms including American Express and Chase Bank. As an attorney she worked for a major international law firm, Bingham McCutchen, and at several public interest organizations. Throughout this decade she maintained her interest and involvement in immigration law, having herself lived the experience.

Isabelle brings diverse skills, a multicultural perspective and her insatiable curiosity to immigration cases. She believes that immigrants and foreign visitors enrich this country and uses her energy and skills to bring them together.
