Three Important Questions to Ask Your Wisconsin, Illinois or Iowa Car Accident Attorney:

To help you make sure you're hiring the best auto accident lawyer in Wisconsin, Illinois or Iowa for your motor vehicle accident case, consider the questions below:

1. Experience?
Everyone claims they have it, but do they have the right kind of experience? Ask how many injury cases like yours that a lawyer has handled; experience alone isn't worth much if it isn't relevant to your car accident case. At Hupy and Abraham, our car accident lawyers in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and Illinois have successfully handled a wide variety of situations and injuries-all of which we'd be happy to discuss with you.

2. Track record?
You should not only find out if a car accident lawyer has handled cases like yours but if he has been successful. The Hupy and Abraham car accident lawyers in Wisconsin, Illinois and Iowa have secured millions of dollars in recovery for our traffic injury clients, including many multi-million dollar settlements.

3. Courtroom experience?
Is an attorney ready to take your case to court if you aren't satisfied with the settlement you're offered by the insurance company? Some car accident lawyers in Milwaukee press clients to settle cases quickly, so they can move on to the next case file and avoid the courtroom. Hupy and Abraham does what is best for our auto accident clients, and if you want to go to court, then that is what we'll do.
Personal Injury
Slip and Fall Accidents Aren't Your Typical Personal Injury Case. Make Sure You Hire an Experienced Wisconsin, Illinois or Iowa Slip and Fall Lawyer
Slip and fall cases require the evidence be carefully handled to give you the best chance of winning your settlement. The experienced Wisconsin, Illinois and Iowa slip and fall lawyers at Hupy and Abraham can properly investigate your slip and fall case and hire any experts that are needed to prove your claim.

When seeking a personal injury attorney in Milwaukee or throughout the Midwest to handle your slip and fall accident, you should be mindful that these injury cases require extensive experience and are typically more difficult to win than motor vehicle accident cases.

The slip and fall lawyers at Hupy and Abraham understand that winter can be long and harsh. It seems that by the time we've cleaned up after a winter storm, the next storm is already approaching and snowy, icy, or wet sidewalks, stairs and walkways present a particular danger to pedestrians.

Types of Slip and Fall Cases:

Slip and fall cases include incidents other than snow and ice. A few other typical cases include falls on:

-Food and wet substances at restaurants and grocery stores.
-Poorly maintained stairs.
-Stairways without proper lighting.
-Objects left lying in walkways.

Every slip and fall case usually involves unique aspects that must be proven in order to receive compensation for your accident injuries, because insurance companies vigorously defend these kinds of cases. An experienced and aggressive slip and fall attorney in Wisconsin, Illinois or Iowa can help guide you safely through the maze of legal issues presented in your case and help you win the recovery you deserve.

Unsure Whether You Have a Slip and Fall Case?

Businesses and even homeowners have a responsibility to clear walks, driveways and sidewalks as soon as possible to avoid build-up of dangerous ice and snow that can cause a slip and fall accident and injury.

Even if you're unsure if what you've experienced falling down is considered a slip and fall case, contact Hupy and Abraham and we can confidentially help you through this confusing time.

Our Wisconsin, Illinois and Iowa injury attorneys have been able to settle numerous slip and fall cases without having to file a lawsuit. For cases that go to court, we have secured outstanding results for our clients at trial, including the largest verdict-$9.3 million-at the time for a slip and fall in Wisconsin. Slip and falls can lead to traumatic and permanent injuries which lead to medical bills, lost wages and permanent pain and suffering.

What distinguishes your law firm from others?

Some car accident lawyers in Milwaukee press clients to settle cases quickly so they can move on to the next case file and avoid the courtroom. Hupy and Abraham does what is best for our auto accident clients, and if you want to go to court, then that is what we'll do.
