As founder of the Huff Law Office, I will provide you with affordable and experienced legal services fit to your circumstances. I will seek out the best financial solution available for you, your family and, in some instances, your small business. I will be present from start to finish in your case, involved from the initial consultation to preparation of the case to post-petition work and finally to closing of the case. In instances in which I cannot provide services, I will be happy to direct you to someone who can. My primary focus is in helping clients with their financial issues through loan modifications, Chapter 7 bankruptcy, Chapter 13 bankruptcy or a combination of any of the above. I also help those who have been injured in select personal injury cases and help with estate planning.

Born and raised in Corbin, KY, I maintain close ties to the area through friends and family. I graduated from Corbin High School in 1996 and left to attend the University of Kentucky where I received a BBA in Finance and Economics. I lived in Lexington for five years and enjoy getting back to catch a UK game and visit friends.

After receiving a bachelor degree at the University of Kentucky, I moved to Northern Kentucky to attend law school at the Salmon P. Chase College of Law. I received my Juris Doctor degree from Chase and have remained in the Northern Kentucky region with my wife, Jenni, and our three children.

For two years, I served as a City Councilman in Elsmere, KY. At that time, I also served on the Ohio-Kentucky-Indiana Council for Regional Governments as a representative of the city of Elsmere. I declined to run for a second term as Councilman when my family and I moved to Union, KY at the end of my term, but I still remain involved in local politics and maintain my interest in all levels of the political spectrum.

I have several years of experience with a law firm that produced high volumes of consumer bankruptcy work. In my time with my former firm, I provided representation to clients in the Covington, London, Lexington and Ashland Divisions and gained the skills and knowledge required to actively practice in the Federal Bankruptcy Court.
