Our firm specializes in removing crimes from your record. We offer a low flat fee and payment plans. Once you turn your case over to us, we will handle everything diligently to ensure you end up with a clean record.
H.O.P.E. Through Affordable Legal Services offers quality legal services at affordable prices. Every consultation is free. After your consultation, we will give you a low flat fee to manage your case.

Our mission is to fill the gap between pro bono (free) services and full attorney fees. All of our prices are pre-set at 50% below market price because our goal is to offer affordable and efficient services to those who may not otherwise be able to afford representation. However, there are no income requirements to receive our low flat fees.

We treat our clients with dignity and respect regardless of their income level. We handle your legal affairs diligently so that you can rest assured everything is being handled properly.

How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

Because our goal is to fill a gap in the legal community by offering low flat fees, we chose areas of practice that tend to affect people who have a hard time affording representation. We specialize in bankruptcy, expungements (removing crimes from you criminal record), conservatorships, guardianships, debt settlement, and limited immigration matters. We find that our model is just right for many people who are in need of these services.

What distinguishes your law firm from others?

Our law firm is centered around the needs of our clients. Every decision we make is toward a better outcome on your case. We like to provide a very personal touch so that our clients know we are working with them as a team instead of just working for them without realizing how personal their matter is.

Does your firm provide pro bono legal services or otherwise participate in your community?

Yes. We believe it is extremely important to give back to the community. In fact, our firm is structured so that 70% of our cases are low bono (our low flat fees) and 30% is pro bono (free).

We regularly provide pro bono services through the legal aid programs in the counties we serve. Some of the organizations we work with are the Public Law Center, the Riverside Legal Aid, and Public Counsel.
