She received her undergraduate degree from Drake University where she majored in Political Science. In May 2000, Alicia graduated from the University of Iowa College of Law with her Juris Doctorate. Following law school, Alicia worked in several Quad Cities based law firms as an Associate Attorney and was a Partner in a Quad Cities based law firm prior to joining H. J. Dane Law Office. She is very active in the local bar association where she serves on the Executive Committee as the President Elect. Alicia resides in Davenport, Iowa, with her husband, James Cosby, and their dog (Cooper), two cats (Quiggley and Gizmo), and canary (Herky).
