Terry Brown represents plaintiffs in personal injury cases involving wrongful death and catastrophic injuries in federal and state courts. Prior to focusing his efforts on behalf of plaintiffs in 2000, he primarily represented corporations, insurance companies and federal agencies such as: Chicago and Northwestern Transportation Company, Deloitte & Touche, Anderson Erickson Dairy, R & R Realty, Liberty Mutual, Great West Casualty Company, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), Federal Savings and Loan Insurance Corporation (FSLIC), Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC), and the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA). He has tried medical malpractice and personal injury cases, as well as age, race, disability and sex discrimination claims, and also cases under the Employee Retirement Income and Security Act (ERISA), and the Federal Employer's Liability Act (FELA). In sum, since his graduation from law school in 1981, he has been a trial lawyer. Mr. Brown is a Sustaining Member of the American and Iowa Associations for Justice and is also a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
