Mathew Higbee

Mathew Higbee utilizes his unique blend of legal and professional experience to deliver success for his clients. He has handled a wide-range of cases in both criminal and civil courts. He has served as a prosecutor and defense counsel. He is a frequent commentator and guest writer for various media.

Mr. Higbee successfully argued appeals that have led to published opinions that provide important guidance to California's expungement law (Penal Code section 1203.4) and California's Unfair Competition Law (Business & Profession Code section 17200).

Prior to attending law school, Higbee spent ten years serving as a senior consultant to more than a dozen congressional campaigns and political organizations. He also worked on Capitol Hill as a legislative analyst for the Honorable Andrea H. Seastrand during the 104th Congress.

Isabel Cueva

Ms. Isabel Cueva is an associate in the Orange County office. She is a U.S. Immigration Lawyer who represents both individuals and corporations in all 50 states and around the world. Ms. Cueva specializes in deportation defense, family visas and waivers, and employment-based visas.
