After registering, you complete a worksheet before the workshop that will allow the attorneys to prepare your basic estate planning documents. During the two-hour evening workshop, we will review the documents with you and explain them. You will have the opportunity to sign and notarize them before you leave. Then you can mark this task off your to-do list.

There are various types of probate including full probate, small estate administration, creditors and spouse's refusals and determination of heirs. The probate court also has jurisdiction over guardianship and conservatorship matters. Probate can often be a very complicated and confusing process. She can also help clients maximize their resources for the sake of their mission. She also uses computers and information technology effectively to enhance communication and further organizational goals.
Sr. Amy has been admitted to practice in Missouri, Massachusetts and before the US Tax Court. She is a member of the Canon Law Society of America where she serves on the Consecrated Life Committee.
