Monday thru Friday 9 am - 7 pm
The HAQ Law Firm, PC divides client work between paralegals and attorneys in relevant parts to keep costs down for clients.
We begin by assigning an experienced staff attorney or paralegal to the case, who keeps in constant contact with the client, and prepares preliminary forms and papers to get the case started.
Meanwhile, the principal attorney prepares more complex documents that are necessary to competently represent clients in court, and provides directives in initiating and concluding discovery (if necessary).
Division of workload between the principal attorney(s) and staff lowers the costs significantly on clients, since the hourly rates of the staff are much lower than the principal.
It is our goal to try to complete a case from start to finish with as little financial burden to our clients. We understand that it is not always possible to keep costs low. However, "trying" to keep costs down is our way of showing we truly have your best interest in mind.
* Nolo has confirmed that every member attorney has a valid license and is in good standing with the state agency that licenses lawyers. Any past disbarments and suspensions (with possible exceptions for minor violations or nonpayment of dues, in our discretion) will be indicated accordingly in the badge. Member attorneys are required to notify Nolo immediately if they become the subject of any disciplinary action by any state licensing agency.
