At LV Injury Law Firm, our experience gives each client the time and attention to deal with the often serious and life changing injuries suffered as a result of an accident.

LV Injury Law Firm is experienced in determining the value of serious personal injury claims, identifying the parties responsible for those injuries, and identifying any and all available sources of recovery for those injuries.

While other law firms may take each and every case that comes through the door, LV Injury Law Firm is selective in the cases it takes in a diligent attempt at giving each and every client the time and attention they need to obtain the maximum level of compensation for the client.

It is also imperative that the attorney represent the client to the best if his/her ability and to fully advise the responsible party and its insurance company of who the client is and the effects that the accident has had on their life and family. In doing so, LV Injury Law Firm strives to present the most compelling argument for the client to obtain the maximum level of compensation.

In order to achieve immediate results for our Nevada personal injury clients, LV Injury Law Firm offers free, immediate consultations with an attorney. Once you've become a client, we advance all costs and expenses associated with your personal injury lawsuit. And we never collect a fee unless we win your case.

LV Injury Law Firm offers limited representation of serious personal injuries and wrongful deaths occurring in Las Vegas and throughout the state of Nevada. How frequently does your firm use mediation, arbitration, or collaborative law to resolve cases?

I enjoy working with people and helping them solve problems. I understand the emotional toll divorce takes on people and I attempt to resolve things quickly to cause the least amount of disruption to their lives.

What distinguishes your law firm from others?

I established LV Injury Law Firm under the premise that all people involved in accident deserve not only an attorney who zealously advocates on their behalf, but an attorney who is willing to provide each client the time, attention and understanding necessary to assist each client in coping with their matter. My goal is to provide my clients with confidential, aggressive representation based upon integrity, experience and determination.

I understand an injury can effect every part of your life, my goal is to always listen, understand, and comfort my clients through the difficult process. To achieve the client's goals, I have structured the firm so that clients will always have direct contact with a managing attorney. Kevin Hanratty will continue to personally manage all aspects of your case. This personal management includes drafting critical court documents, meeting one on one with the client, and supporting each client's individualized needs. LV Injury Law Firm prides itself in keeping clients advised of all aspects of their case and we encourage open channels of communication.

Because I focus on your legal needs, so you can focus on your future.

What is your firm's point of view regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?

We believe clients should be well informed with every aspect of their case. The more informed a client becomes, the more a client can assist counsel in achieving the best possible outcome. Our goal is to always ensure a client feels they are being represented by an attorney who cares about them and their needs.

Is your firm willing to review documents prepared by clients?

No.

Is your firm willing to coach clients who want to represent themselves?

No.

What are your firm's strengths and style?

LV Injury Law Firm is not like other law firms. LV Injury Law Firm care about its clients and diligently work to obtain the best possible outcome on each case. Many firms care solely about the money. Not LV Injury Law Firm, they put your needs above their own and treat each client like family.
