How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

Oftentimes, a client can have an injury or illness that will fall into multiple categories. A disabled worker could have a Worker's Compensation claim, a Social Security Disability claim, and a Long Term Disability claim. It is important to talk to an attorney that knows to look for other avenues of compensation.

What experience or education distinguishes your lawyers from others

Because we appeal Social Security disability cases to the Federal District Court when a person is unjustly denied, we stay current with the case law and the issues that judges find compelling. It's a great feeling to be able to cite to our own cases when arguing an issue that we have been successful with in the Federal Court.

What distinguishes your law firm from others?

We can meet with you in the office, at your home, or another area near your home if you are unable to make it to the office. We also have the community resources to have you examined by a doctor, if needed. We will also advise you on what is needed to make the best case possible for your particular illness or injury.
