Allan L. Hale

Peter J. Krumholz

Peter Krumholz is a civil litigator who specializes high-stakes appellate litigation and trial court litigation. Richard A. Westfall

Richard Westfall joined the firm after serving as Solicitor General for the State of Colorado. Mr. Westfall's practice includes appeals and litigation involving state and local government, public policy, constitutional law, election law, regulatory law, utility law, and Medicaid. He routinely handles high profile public policy cases in Colorado courts, and he is General Counsel for the Colorado Statewide Internet Portal Authority.
