Allan L. Hale

Allan Hale's practice concentrates on commercial, construction litigation and real estate litigation, with particular emphasis on eminent domain, land use and valuation disputes. He has extensive experience in complex commercial dispute resolution and litigation on behalf of lenders and financial institutions, developers and contractors, and residential and commercial property owners. After obtaining his undergraduate degree from Harvard, Allan joined the personal staff of U.S. Senator Gary Hart (D-Colo.) in Washington, D.C., where he worked as a legislative assistant on energy, natural resource and transportation issues. In 1981 and 1982, Mr. Hale worked on oil shale development and energy impact issues as Director of Senator Hart's Western Slope Office in Grand Junction, Colorado. Peter J. Krumholz

Peter Krumholz is a civil litigator who specializes high-stakes appellate litigation and trial court litigation. Mr. Krumholz successfully handled numerous criminal and civil appeals in both federal and state appellate courts, and he frequently writes amicus briefs to the Colorado Supreme Court on behalf of a wide range of organizations. As a former Assistant United States Attorney, Mr. Krumholz has extensive jury trial experience. Richard A. Westfall

Richard Westfall joined the firm after serving as Solicitor General for the State of Colorado. Mr. Westfall's practice includes appeals and litigation involving state and local government, public policy, constitutional law, election law, regulatory law, utility law, and Medicaid. He routinely handles high profile public policy cases in Colorado courts, and he is General Counsel for the Colorado Statewide Internet Portal Authority.

Mr. Westfall is the Chairman of Advocates for Younger Generations, a former board member of the Colorado Nonprofit Association, and co-chair of its Public Policy Committee, co-chair of the Colorado Lawyers Committee's ("CLC") Elections Task Force, a member of the CLC's Executive Committee, and General Counsel for the Colorado Republican Party. Matthew W. Spengler

Ryan R. Call
