Carleton Penn III is a graduate of the George Mason University School of Law and received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Randolph-Macon College. He is a member of the Virginia State Bar and was admitted to practice in Virginia in 1982. Mr. Penn is a published author and lecturer on traffic and criminal law.
