Hackett Law Firm has devoted their entire practice to bankruptcy. We only represent debtors in chapter 13 and chapter 7 bankruptcy cases. We feel that it is best to limit our practice to bankruptcy so we can focus 100% of our efforts on getting people out of debt in the most efficient way possible. It also allows us to stay up to speed on recent developments in bankruptcy law so we can use that to help our clients to the best of our abilities.
From practicing only bankruptcy we understand how our local courts, trustee's and creditors attorneys work. We have a solid reputation within the community and are proud to offer the highest client service experience.
We know bankruptcy is difficult and we simply try to make the process as painless as possible. We offer free initial consultations and can offer a variety of solutions. If bankruptcy appears to be the correct solution we are able to explain in detail how bankruptcy will affect you and give you accurate advice on the entire process. We can explain what you can expect if you decide to file chapter 7 or chapter 13 bankruptcy.
We strive to make bankruptcy as affordable to our clients as possible. We offer flexible payment plans when needed. You can retain us for as little as $100 and begin referring all creditor calls to us.
Since we practice only bankruptcy we use our time very efficiently and are able to keep our fees reasonable and competitive. We use a flat fee system for our chapter 7 work so you know up front the exact amount you will spend if you hire us.
if chapter 13 is the type of bankruptcy you need to file we can usually file those cases for little or nothing down (other than the court filing fee of $281) and our attorney fees can be paid out of the chapter 13 plan payments.
Ryan's practice is exclusively limited to Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy. Ryan represents debtors in both Oregon and Washington.
