How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

Our firm enjoys the breadth of bankruptcy law and litigation. There are so many areas of law connected in some way to bankruptcy law, it never ceases to be a challenge.

What experience or education distinguishes your lawyers from others

Because our firm practices in many other areas of law outside of the bankruptcy area, we can use that experience when evaluating a client's problem in bankruptcy.

What distinguishes your law firm from others?

Our firm is not afraid to go to trial. Some firms seem to avoid the courthouse. That is not always in the client's best interest.
