The real estate group at Gregory and Adams, P.C. handles matters ranging from traditional purchases and sales to highly complex transactions, such as the development of office complexes and shopping centers.

-Condominiums and cooperatives: We prepare common interest community documents and represent unit owners' associations.

-Commercial loan negotiation: We are prepared to successfully negotiate all complex commercial financing transactions.

-Litigation: We litigate land use appeals, eminent domain proceedings, and landlord/tenant disputes.

Thomas T. Adams

Attorney Adams is a co-founder of Gregory and Adams, P.C. He began his career as a trial lawyer at a New York City firm. After coming to Wilton, Attorney Adams continued his work as a trial lawyer and served as Attorney to the Town of Wilton and its various boards of officials for six years. He currently serves by judicial appointment as the permanent guardian ad item of a charitable lead trust with assets originally valued in excess of $100 million and advises clients in the administration of trusts and estates. He has served on the faculty at both Cornell and Fordham University Law Schools. He is a recipient of the Distinguished Alumnus Award from the Cornell Law School and is a member emeritus of its Advisory Council.

Paul H. Burnham

Paul practices in the areas of estate planning, and estate and trust administration, representing both fiduciaries and beneficiaries. He brings more than thirty years of experience in the public and private practice of law to the table for each of his clients, as well as nearly two decades of experience as a partner of a general practice law firm in which capacity he faced and resolved many of the same issues as the owner of any closely held business.
