We are your Social Security Disability, SSI, SSD, and Children's Social Security Benefits specialist! Let us get you the benefits you deserve!
I have been practicing Federal Administrative law for over 18 years. It is all that I do and I take pride and great joy in obtaining much needed benefits for my disabled clients. If you are looking to be represented personally by an attorney who will be with you every step of the way, please give us a call. I never make a penny on my cases unless, and until, I win. I am not at a larger firm getting paid a salary whether I win or lose you case. I literally do not make money unless I win, which means, I will do EVERYTHING that I possibly can to get you the benefits that you deserve!

How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

I have a deep seeded passion for helping disabled individuals get the benefits that they deserve. I have seen countless people, children, and families who, due to a disability, are impoverished and unable to care for their daily needs and finances. I enjoy fighting the government on my client's behalf and I am extremely proud and satisfied when I win my client's case and see how these benefits better their lives. I have personally witnessed hundreds of times how winning my client's case allows my client to be able to go from being homeless to being able to afford a place to live and the ability to put food on their table. The difference Social Security benefits can make in the lives of my clients is why I do what I do!

What experience or education distinguishes your lawyers from others?

What distinguishes the Grech Law Firm from other law firms that handle Social Security cases is the fact that I will personally handle every aspect of your claim. From filing your application, to filling out all forms, to meeting with you several times, especially for a hearing preparation, to researching and writing a brief, to returning your phone calls, and to attending your hearing, I will personally be there for you the entire way.

What distinguishes your law firm from others?

My 18 years of personally representing my clients knowing the whole time that I do not make a single penny unless I win my client's case and the amount of times I meet my clients and the vested interest I have in their case, sets me aside from most of the attorneys who practice Social Security law. I cannot tell you how many times I have witness an attorney walk into court, which means they have had that case for over a year, and call out a client's name, walk up to that client, and introduce themselves for the very first time. It always strikes me as extremely odd that an attorney has never met their client until 20-30 minutes before they are heading into court to represent them. I do not operate that way and will meet with you numerous times throughout the process. I take great pride in personally representing every one of my clients and having as much of a interest in the case as my clients do.
