It was not until college, when Tricia was selected for Eastern Illinois University's mock trial time, that she realized how much she would enjoy litigation and courtroom work. It really was exciting! Then, after being accepted to the John Marshall Law School with a Dean's Scholarship, she added excellent writing skills to her love of working in the courtroom, winning the Dean Fred F. While in law school, Tricia worked as an intern for the Illinois Attorney General's Office in the consumer fraud division and as a Supreme Court Rule 711 clerk for the Chicago Legal Clinic. While at the Chicago Legal Clinic, Tricia began assisting clients with family law cases, including divorces and Orders of Protection, as well as child support enforcement. This allowed her an opportunity to appreciate the needs of her clients and to appear in the Cook County Domestic Relations division regularly. After two years of practice primarily in Cook County, Tricia began practicing in Kane, DuPage, Kendall and DeKalb counties and has built an excellent reputation with judges and opposing attorneys.

Since 2002, Tricia's practice has been solely concentrated in family law and domestic relations, including but not limited to complex financial cases, issues of maintenance, contested custody litigation, and appeals. For nearly 15 years, Tricia's goal has been to represent her clients zealously with integrity and compassion, whether during tough settlement negotiations or litigation. Tricia loves being in the courtroom and excels when presented with difficult legal problems or challenging opponents. As a small town girl who moved to Chicago to pursue her drive of being a lawyer, Tricia has the ability to relate to folks from all walks of life, regardless of what their legal or family issues may be.

Aside from Tricia's work for her clients both in and out of court, she has served her community in many ways, including serving on the board of directors of Prairie State Legal Services for four years, volunteering at the Northern Illinois Food Bank, providing pro bono legal services to those in need, and serving the Kane County Bar Association & Foundation as the high school mock trial coordinator for three years. Jeffrey Daniel Muntz

When he was in high school, Jeff sensed that he was destined to be an attorney. For example, after receiving his results from an exam in his Spanish class, and then further confronting his teacher about the test, Jeff's instructor told him, "you should be a lawyeryou want to argue about everything." Jeff's parents, when told of the advice that he had received that morning, tended to agree and offered the same advice, in that they had the same type of experiences as Jeff's Spanish teacher; from "arguing" about what time to go to bed, to what time curfew was, Jeff was always zealously advocating his position. That "advice" that he received from his parents and at school proved prophetic, as Jeff, even in college, attempted other career paths. However, he kept going back to that "advice" he had received back at Hall High School in Spring Valley, Illinois.

During his middle school and high school days, Jeff witnessed the effects that crime (uncharacteristic for his small town) had on the community, and those experiences lead Jeff to pursue a legal career, as he began taking pre-law classes at St. Ambrose University in Davenport, Iowa,, eventually leading to his first legal internship at the Bureau County State's Attorney's Office in Princeton, Illinois. After completing a semester of interning with the county's elected prosecutor, Jeff has not looked back. He graduated cum laude from St. Ambrose. From there, he studied at Valparaiso University School of Law, where he took part in the University's Cambridge, England study abroad program. His sense of duty to help others then lead Jeff to a lengthy stint at the DuPage County State's Attorney's Office.

Jeff began there as a law clerk in 2004, and when he left in 2012, he was handling very complex felony cases, from First Degree Murder to Sexual Assault cases. While at the DuPage County State's Attorney's Office, Jeff was a leader in the office, having been selected in 2006 as the office's Outstanding Misdemeanor Prosecutor. He was admired by his peers, and had the reputation of being a tough, but very fair prosecutor, earning the respect of judges and defense attorneys alike.

When Jeff made the decision in 2012 to advance his career and move on from the State's Attorney's Office, he looked for the best possible fit. His passion has always been helping others, as he did while working on behalf of the victims of crime for a number of years. It was for that passion that he was particularly drawn to family law, and that area of law has proven to be a perfect fit for Jeff. As was the case when Jeff was with the State's Attorney's Office, Jeff is highly regarded among opposing attorneys and judges throughout Kane, DuPage, Kendall, and DeKalb Counties.

Since 2012, Jeff's practice has been mainly concentrated in family law and domestic relations, including, but not limited to, complex financial cases, issues of maintenance, and contested custody litigation. Jeff prides himself on his professionalism and his commitment to handle each and every case with integrity and compassion. He has a small town work ethic, and has an uncanny ability to relate to all sorts of situations, drawing on his experiences from growing up in a small town, studying overseas, and assisting the victims of crime, as well as members of law enforcement. From his days of being a prosecutor, Jeff enjoys being in the courtroom, and working to resolve issues big and small.

Jeff's extensive prosecutorial experience has also lead to having a substantial criminal defense practice. Jeff has successfully defended numerous cases in Kane, DuPage, Kendall, and DeKalb Counties, ranging from traffic citations to felony cases. If you have been charged with a crime, having a former prosecutor on your side often proves to be invaluable.

Jeff is an equity partner at Goostree Law Group, P.C., in St. Charles, Illinois. He enjoys spending his free time with his wife and children, as well as loyally watching all of his favorite sports teams.

Anthony Joseph Giudice

Anthony has always been fascinated by the law and understanding how the process works. He relishes in competition and adversity, whether in athletics or in the courtroom.

In 2007, Anthony began his legal career litigating complex commercial matters such as tortious interference, legal malpractice, replevin, conversion, breach of contract, mechanic's liens, foreclosure, appeals, etc. and often litigated against some of the top 100 law firms in the world. During this time, Anthony sharpened his legal skills and was author to hundreds of pretrial motions, participated in depositions and trials. In 2009, Anthony became the lead litigation attorney for a prominent commercial real estate developer and began delving into family law and domestic relations matters.

After the birth of his first child, Anthony realized that he wanted to use his legal skills to help individuals through some of the most difficult times in their lives. Anthony began to focus his law practice on solely family law matters in 2011 and has since concentrated in high conflict divorce cases, business evaluations, complex financial cases, custody litigation, child support and appeals.

Anthony has a reputation for being honest with his clients and helps them achieve a fair resolution, whether in the courtroom or by agreement without sacrificing his client's best interests. He enjoys being able to help individuals through the most challenging times. Having a wife and two young children of his own also helps bring a personal experience and appreciation for how the litigation process often affects individuals and their families. Anthony is able to apply these personal experiences whether representing clients in a divorce or acting as a Guardian ad Litem. In 2015 and 2016, Anthony was nominated by his peers as an "Emerging Lawyer" by The "Leading Lawyer" network and is a member of The National Advocates Top 40 under 40.

Anthony attended the John Marshall Law School where he excelled academically. He was elected in the Who's Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges and was a quarter finalist in the Dean Fred H. Herzog Moot Court Competition and graduated on the Dean's List. During law school, Anthony clerked with a personal injury attorney in Joliet, Illinois, and a commercial litigation law firm in Cook County, where he was introduced to the practice of family law.

Outside of his legal career, Anthony is a board member on the Cambridge at Countryside Homeowners' Association. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and two children and is a Chicago sports fan.
