Mr. Gonzalez is an experienced attorney with over twenty years of litigation experience as a judge, prosecutor and private attorney. He handles complex matters for his clients in a variety of areas. His professional and personal experience has provided him with the ability to concentrate on several areas of the law and serve each client with excellence. He focuses his attention on intellectual property and related business matters.

Prior to forming Gonzalez & Oberlander LLP, Mr. Gonzalez served as a Deputy Commissioner under the Giuliani and Bloomberg Administrations. During his extensive twenty years of public service he has also served as an Administrative Law Judge, General Counsel, and Assistant District Attorney.

Mr. Gonzalez received his law degree from New York Law School in 1990. He received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Long Island University in 1985 where he majored in Criminal Justice. Mr. Gonzalez is currently a member of the New York County Lawyers' Association, the Puerto Rican Bar Association, and is admitted to practice law in New York, New Jersey and Federal Court.
