Social Security Disability
We have been in business for over 20 years. We dedicate 100% of our time to the area of Social Security Disability law. We handle SSDI and SSI cases. We file initial applications, file appeals, and represent claimants at hearings on a daily basis.
We are a law office comprised of 4 lawyers and 10 staff. Each of our 4 lawyers dedicates 100% of his/her time to the area of Social Security Disability law. We take hearings in front of Social Security Administrative Law Judges on a daily basis throughout the nation. One of our lawyers is a retired Social Security Judge. Combined, our 4 lawyers have over 60 years of Social Security law experience. We can handle any type of case and at any level.

How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

We are a family-owned and operated law firm priding ourselves on the principle that every individual has the right to excellent legal representation. We are assertive and fight hard to win each and every disability claim for our clients. We assist at all levels (from Initial Application Claim all the way through to the Hearing before the Social Security Judge). We also appeal, if necessary, to the Appeals Council and to the Federal Courts.

What experience or education distinguishes your lawyers from others

We have 4 lawyers that dedicate 100% of their time to Social Security Disability law. Combined, our 4 lawyers have over 60 years of Social Security law experience. One of our lawyers is a former Social Security Administrative Law Judge. We also have 1 certified non-attorney claimant representative who has over 7 years of Social Security law experience.

What distinguishes your law firm from others?

We are family-owned and operated and have over 60 years of combined legal experience specifically in the area of Social Security Disability law. We are fortunate enough to have a former Social Security Judge on staff, who had over 30 years experience as a Social Security Administrative Law Judge including acting as Chief Judge. He gives us prestige among current day Judges and a wealth of practical advice. We give personal attention to every case. There is no money due up-front. We only get paid if we win your case, and the Social Security Administration will pay our fee.
