Danielle Maloney Golas joined the Golas Law Firm in February 2013. She is a 1996 graduate of Trinity College and earned her Juris Doctor, graduating summa cum laude, from New England School of Law in 2000. Danielle is a recipient of the New England Scholar Award and has been recognized as a "Rising Star" - a top up-and-coming attorney in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts under the age of 40 - by Super Lawyers magazine in 2012.
Ms. Golas' practice areas include personal injury, civil litigation, real estate transactions, insurance defense, estate planning, wills and trusts, and family law.
Danielle brings over twelve years of civil litigation practice to the Golas Law Firm. Most recently, Danielle worked in the Hartford office of Hassett & Donnelly, P.C., where she concentrated her practice in the defense of premises liability, personal injury and motor vehicle claims. Prior to that, Danielle served as a senior civil litigation associate for eight years at the Boston law firm Tucker, Heifetz & Saltzman LLP, where her practice focused on insurance and civil litigation, including the representation of insurers and policyholders in matters involving coverage, product liability, equine liability, arborist liability, premises liability, and professional liability for insurance agents and brokers. Finally, Danielle has served as a Law Clerk to the Justices of the Massachusetts Superior Court (2000-2001).
Danielle is admitted to practice law in state of Connecticut and in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. She lives in Manchester, Connecticut with her husband, Jon D. Golas. She loves the Boston Red Sox, summers in Mystic, and Evergreen Walk.
