DUI and DWI
Our attorneys have nearly 40 combined years of experience in criminal law in and around Kitsap County.
Everyone facing a drinking and driving charge needs an experienced attorney who knows the system thoroughly. A skilled, experienced attorney is familiar with dozens of challenges to every stage of DUI prosecution. Was the original traffic stop legally valid? Were constitutional safeguards regarding search and arrest observed by the police? Was the BAC test administered according to the procedures mandated by Washington law? Any failure by police to follow the letter of the law weakens the prosecution case, and provides the accused a legal defense and important negotiation leverage.
At Glisson & Morris, we offer the experienced, aggressive representation that you need to seek the best possible outcome for your case. Call today to find out how Glisson & Morris can help you.
Criminal Defense
Our attorneys have nearly 40 combined years of experience in criminal law in and around Kitsap County.
Everyone facing criminal charges needs an experienced attorney who knows the system thoroughly. We believe that your future, your goals, and your rights are far too valuable to leave to chance. The police and prosecutors are experienced, well trained and well funded, and so you need an expert on your side too. A poorly handled case can cost thousands of dollars in fines and fees. A good lawyer can often save you more than their fees.
We have extensive experience defending against criminal accusations, and a proven track record of winning acquittals, agreed dismissals, and other resolutions in our clients cases. Even in situations where the state's evidence is very strong, we find negotiated options to minimize the effect on your life, your career, and your long term goals.
