In personal injury, auto wreck, truck crash, products liability and wrongful death cases all fees and expenses are on a contingency basis. Typically that is 1/3 of any gross recovery. Included in that fee is the work necessary to obtain reductions in outstanding medical bills and subrogation claims. That is if there is no recovery there is no fee.

In commercial litigation, such as business torts cases, most are handled on an hourly basis. Typically the rate is between $350 to $375 per hourly billed in 1/10 (6 minute ) increments. These fees are billed monthly. A retainer may be required, however, that is determined on a case by case basis.

Commercial collections (businesses collecting what is owed to them) are also done on a contingent basis usually at 35%. Most of the time a cost deposit is required starting at $225 for cases under $25,000 and $500 for cases over $25,000. A flat fee can also be considered.

His office is located in Brentwood Tennessee in a private office building with free parking. It has easy access to I-65 Normal hours are 8 AM to 4:30 PM. Evening and weekend appointments can also be made to accomidate work schedules. Visits to clients homes or the hospital are welcomed.
