He focuses his practice in the areas of criminal law, felonies, misdemeanors, traffic violations, driving while intoxicated (D.W.I.), automobile accidents and injuries, truck accidents, personal injury, wrongful death and civil litigation.

Mr. Daniel served for 10 years in the North Carolina General Assembly and remains active in public policy, governance and politics.
