Gentry Law Firm

Firm Overview

Bill has helped hundreds of people through the difficult and uncertain times following a serious car wreck or other personal injury. Bill fights insurance companies who don't want to pay injured people for their medical bills and lost wages. Bill holds careless drivers accountable for the problems they cause. These problems include a bad driver texting and driving or drinking and driving or any other irresponsible driving behavior.
Bill and his hard-working staff are always there for his clients, and they have a lot of experience handling car wreck and other personal injury claims. Bill has been practicing personal injury law since 1986, and Sue has been his car wreck/personal injury paralegal since 2000.
Bill and his staff pride themselves on great communications with their clients! Let us speak with you about helping you today!
Bill serves on the state-wide board that governs all Georgia lawyers, and he is active in his church, serving as Lay Leader of Due West United Methodist Church in Marietta.

How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

I've always fought for the underdog. When someone is hurt in a car wreck, it's them versus a huge automobile insurance company. The playing field is not level. I bring decades of experience to help my clients level the playing field and get fair compensation for the injuries, medical bills, and lost income caused by irresponsible drivers.

What experience or education distinguishes your lawyers from others?

My experience and education distinguish me from others. I've been practicing personal injury law in Georgia since 1986. I've handled hundreds of cases. Many billboard or TV lawyers assign their car wreck cases to brand-new lawyers fresh out of law school with little to no experience. As you might expect, cases handled by inexperienced lawyers often settle for far less than they're worth. Many TV or billboard lawyers never even bother to meet with their clients, having their staff handle ALL meetings with their clients. I ALWAYS handle the initial interview with EVERY new client. Why? Because they're hiring me, not my staff, and they need to know who I am and that I will be working on their case. Give us a chance to help you through this tough time and give us a call!

What distinguishes your law firm from others?

Communication and transparency. I have taken over cases from other lawyers because the other lawyers were fired for not talking to or following up with their clients. When you call our office during business hours, you will speak with a live person. If that person isn't working on your case, you will receive a call back within 24 hours (usually much sooner!) either from me or from my long-time paralegal Sue and we will answer every question you have. You never have to wonder what's going on with your case when you have me in your corner. Let us fight for you!
