Fred Gaines is the Founding and Managing Partner of Gaines & Stacey LLP, a San Fernando Valley based law firm which specializes in land use, zoning, environmental law, related litigation and political advocacy. Sherman L. Stacey is Founding Partner of Gaines & Stacey LLP Newport Office.
