Eliminate Debt - Stop Foreclosures
Eliminate Debt - Stop Foreclosures
My firm opened March of 1992 in Sunnyvale, CA.
Our focus is to provide quality representation of each client at affordable prices. We strive to keep the lines of communication open so that the client feels their needs are met and questions answered in a timely fashion.
A typical client I work with is receiving numerous collection calls at home and work. They are being threatened with wage garnishments or repossession and foreclosures. I am able to provide them with protection from creditor harassment and a good night's sleep.

I chose this practice area because bankruptcy helps people get back on their feet, and move on with living their lives. It's very satisfying to help people in their time of need.
It is very helpful to have clients come in who have made an attempt to educate themselves regarding the law before speaking to an attorney.
I review documents at my regular hourly fees.
I am not very comfortable coaching clients who want to represent themselves.
Before I became a lawyer I was a teacher for 20 years in California.
I believe my years of teaching have helped me be a better attorney. I have many years of experience working with people and am a good "people" person.
One of my strengths is my ability to communicate with people on a level that is easily understood. I am also a good listener.
Personal interests:I love my dogs (a Labrador and a Spaniel), golf and travel.
