What distinguishes your law firm from others?

Our advantage is that we offer a new way of delivering legal services to our clients. Additionally, we provide document preparation services in the areas of business law, estate & planning, and family law (Pennsylvania residents only).

However, we are not just a document preparation web site or a paralegal document preparation site. We are a Pennsylvania-based law firm offering legal services in immigration law and tax law.

We are different from a traditional law firm because:

1. We give you the option of working with us on-line virtually. We can communicate with you over the Internet (Skype, FaceTime, webcam, etc.), by e-mail, and also by telephone.

2. You don't have to give up time away from work to come to our offices. By providing our services "virtually", we are able to keep our fees low and make it convenient for you.

3. You have the ability to send us an e-mail or complete our online questionnaires at a time that is convenient for YOU.

4. You know what you will pay. No hourly rates or hidden charges just a simple fixed and reasonable fee.

5. We can conduct our business by e-mail and via the Internet; therefore, personal meetings can be minimized. This gives us the ability to pass those savings on to our clients.

6. We give you state-of-the-art document assembly technology. This technology enables us to generate your documents more efficiently, thereby allowing us to pass savings on to you.

7. We stand behind and guarantee our work. If you go to a non-lawyer document preparation service, any guarantee is limited or non-existent.

8. We must comply with all of the Professional Rules that apply to members of the Pennsylvania Bar. A legal forms website offered by a non-law firm is not regulated in any way. If there is a problem, you have no recourse.

Greg Dann, Esq.

I am originally from Kingston, Jamaica. However, I have been calling Connecticut my home state for the past 20 years. I have a restless spirit, so I am always on the move. I have lived in seven states, all on the east coast. I love traveling, and I have visited about 13 countries, a few of them more than once.

I am also fascinated with languages. Right now I am teaching myself Spanish and German. I am married, and I have two boys (a nine-year-old and a one-year-old). My family and I moved to Pittsburgh for my legal studies, where I graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a joint degree in law and business administration (JD/MBA).

In my spare time, I like to spend time with my wife and two children. I also like playing soccer, reading The Great Books, going for long walks, trading stocks & options, and watching movies.

The best advice I have ever received is, no one has ever changed the world by worrying. Always do your best, and let the chips fall where they may.
It has become my life's mantra.
