Brief Career Summary:
After completing law school, I worked for the Industrial Commission of Ohio analyzing and drafting recommended decisions on permanent total disability cases. I entered private practice with Dwight Fullerton in 1986 as a general practitioner and soon discovered that I enjoyed helping injured workers more than any other area of the law. I since have concentrated on representing the injured and disabled in the areas of Ohio Workers’ Compensation and Social Security Disability.

Brief Career Summary:
After graduating from law school, I worked for two years with the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation in its newly formed Law Section. In 1979 I moved into private practice exclusively representing injured and disabled workers. For 21 years I have represented claimants in both administrative actions and through the Court of Appeals for the State of Ohio and have continued in this capacity since joining Fullerton Law Office in March 1993. In addition, I have represented numerous claimants for Social Security disability benefits in administrative and court level proceedings in Ohio and several other states. I have lectured at continuing legal education seminars and in paralegal education on workers' compensation issues. I am proud of the fact that I have worked solely for the rights of injured and disabled working people throughout my career.
