Frame & Frame, LLC
Tara Frame

For as long as I remember, I wanted to be an attorney. My father and founder of the firm, Vernon Frame, was a practicing attorney for over 65 years serving the community before he retired in 2002 at the age of 80. I grew up watching him help the residents of Anne Arundel County when they needed legal advice or representation.

I attended high school in Severna Park and subsequently moved to Baltimore where I attended the Johns Hopkins University and earned my bachelor's degree. While at Hopkins, I played for the Blue Jays Women'™s lacrosse team. After graduation, I went on to attend the University of Baltimore School of Law and graduated with honors.

After working for a mid-size firm in Baltimore, where my job was to represent defendants and insurance companies in auto accident and workers compensation cases, I soon realized that this was a far different type of legal work than what my father had done, and what I wanted to do for my community. So, in 1996, I came back home to Anne Arundel County, and worked alongside my father, helping the residents of Anne Arundel County.

For the first 10 years, I served as a general practice attorney handling cases such as family law, bankruptcy, adoptions, guardianships, criminal matters, DWI and traffic offenses which helped me develop a very diverse background understanding clients circumstances, personal experiences, and concerns. It also provided me a wealth of insight into the various factors that play into each and every unique situation.

In recent years, I was able to expand the firm and now have a legal team dedicated to family law and personal injury, allowing me more time to focus on my passion of estate planning. This area of law allows me to serve the needs of people in my community, in a very personal way. The relationships we develop often last a lifetime, because we are trusted for your needs today and entrusted to serve you and your family for generations to come. Most importantly, we truly serve as a legal guide to take the weight off your shoulders in times of crisis.

In 2003, we opened an office on Kent Island in Stevensville, Maryland, so that we could assist the residents of Queen Anne'™s County, Kent County, Caroline County, Talbot County and Dorchester County with their legal needs. In 2019, we opened a location in Annapolis, Maryland which allows us to better serve our growing clientele located in Annapolis and the surrounding areas.

My husband and I have been married 20+ years and have two wonderful children, who keep us busy with soccer games, lacrosse games, and school events. In the summer, I spend my spare time with my family boating on the Bay, going to Ocean City, and watching the Orioles play. In the winter, I enjoy skiing at Deep Creek and watching the Ravens.

It is so fulfilling to be able to represent not only my father's past clients, but those client's children and grandchildren as well, who return to us whenever they need legal advice or legal representation. I am proud to carry on the family tradition of serving our community for over 65 years.

I did not take the direct route to my current position as an attorney with Frame & Frame, LLC. In fact, I had worked there for three years in the early 2010s before receiving my degree. These experiences made it easier for me to see that this was the perfect job for me. In particular, I've always been fulfilled by helping people and as part of team at Frame & Frame, I get a lot of satisfaction helping taking the weight off of people's shoulders. It’s also very rewarding to be a trusted advisor with Frame & Frame, which has been helping people in our community for over 65 years.

When I first began law school, I had my sights fixed on being a business lawyer. I was more interested in transactional law, as opposed to being a litigator. While I was still at law school, I was sent to work for DSS in Baltimore as a legal intern. This experience made a huge impression on me, and the lessons stayed with me to this day.

I realized then that I would never be happy if I couldn'€™t help people. My time working as a contract paralegal for the U.S. Attorney'€™s Office only strengthened my conviction. Working as a business attorney just did not provide the type of fulfillment I was seeking.

I love my job as an attorney with Frame & Frame. It's important to me to make a difference and to help people prepare for the future. I’m also proud to be a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and the Maryland Association for Justice.

I practice Estate Planning, Family Law, and Personal Injury Law. This type of law is very personal and can have a real impact on a person'€™s life. Helping people, young and old, to recognize, plan, and organize their priorities for any unforeseen circumstances gives me a real sense of service and satisfaction. I'€™m protecting lives and assets and making a real impact on my clients, their families, and their futures.

On a personal note, I'm married and have three children. When I'm not working hard, I love to spend time with my family, cheering on the Ravens and Orioles and listening to music.

I absolutely love my job as an attorney with Frame & Frame. Getting to meet and care for people is one of the perks of my job! It's important to me to make a difference and to help people prepare for their future. If I can help you or anyone in your family, I’d love to meet with you and assess your estate needs.

Frame & Frame, LLC
Veronica Zoberbier

My legal journey has provided me with the power of empathy, work-life balance, and a compassionate approach to my clients needs.

When most people meet me, they are surprised to hear that I’m an attorney. My sense of humor and my ability to show empathy are my superpowers and make me approachable and down to earth.

I’m a proud member of the Maryland State Bar Association. My last two jobs in the legal field were Washington, D.C. Prosecutor, and a Frederick County Maryland Assistant States Attorney. It was a real struggle to find a work-life balance with demanding jobs and a daughter at home.

After a brief stint in real estate, I came to work part-time at Frame & Frame in January 2019, taking a support role at the firm. The talented group of women that I work with is impressive! When they offered me a full-time position as an attorney, I knew right away that I was made for this job and this type of law would fulfill my purpose.

After seeing so much unexpected loss in my circle of friends and family, I was keenly aware of my need to serve in the area of estate planning, elder law, guardianship, and probate. These are all different parts of the same picture; interrelated, but completely separate. It is gratifying to make a difference in someone’s life, especially during a difficult time.

Many people put off estate planning until they are in their “golden years,” but that can leave our loved ones unprepared for the difficulties and expenses that occur, during a crisis. Young families with children especially need to have a plan to raise their kids if something should happen to them. We help take the weight off our client’s shoulders by the time they leave our office. That is truly rewarding.

In my personal life, I enjoy family time with my husband and daughter. I’m passionate about photography and love to travel. Being outdoors with our family fur baby, a golden retriever named Lucky, is a favorite activity and loads of fun!

I’m grateful for the newfound work-life balance I have and feel happy to have the opportunity to help people in this position with Frame & Frame. It’s almost more of a calling than a job. Knowing that people have a plan in place brings my clients peace of mind and helps me sleep better at night.

I would love to meet with you or your loved ones and review your estate plan. If you or any one of your friends and family need help with estate planning, elder law, probate, or guardianship, please let me know. I can explain the legal process in plain language and develop a plan to set their mind at ease.

My approach to the practice of law incorporates a holistic and compassionate form of advocacy with extensive knowledge of the unique needs of people in the LGBTQ community and families with special needs.

I joined Frame & Frame, LLC as an Associate Attorney in November of 2021. My approach to the practice of law incorporates a holistic and compassionate form of advocacy. I enjoy working with clients of all ages, backgrounds, and needs, and my practice includes assisting with the legal needs of same-sex couples and other members of the LGBTQ community. I also focus my legal expertise on assisting clients with Special Needs Planning, which involves unique planning strategies and considerations.

I am licensed to practice law in Maryland, I received my J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law and earned my B.S. in Gerontology and Legal Studies at the University of Maryland University College, and in 2020 I obtained a Certificate in Estate Planning. I grew up in the Baltimore County area and look forward to helping expand Frame & Frame, LLC into my community and the surrounding counties.

I have experience in administering Trusts and Estates in a cost-effective manner, working to preserve the assets for the heirs, beneficiaries, and other family members through counsel and advice regarding distributions and associated rights. Often, I serve as a fiduciary for my clients, or I may counsel agents or trustees as they seek advice on the best way to manage their responsibilities.

Prior to becoming an attorney, I worked as a paralegal for ten years in my practice areas. I also attended law school at night while working full-time during the day. I’ve known my passion to help my clients and to give back to the community is best achieved by collaborating with an amazing team like Frame & Frame, LLC. I patiently provide legal guidance and support to all of my clients, whether they are a married couple with new children on the way or are transitioning from an active adult lifestyle to retirement and beyond.
