Divorce Mediation
Fraier & Maillet employs a mediation methodology where a nurturing and supportive environment promotes communication and balances power differences.
Divorce Mediation seeks to close the marriage relationship in a civil manner, and make the transition to the next stage of your life as amicable and stress-free as possible.

With the guidance of a legally experienced divorce mediator, you and your spouse take control of your divorce and work at your own pace to determine how to separate your finances and protect the well-being of your children.

Divorce mediation addresses all legal issues as required by the court, while minimizing the cost and stress of divorce in the privacy of our office, rather than in a public courtroom.
As a practice, we strive to create a supportive atmosphere, which is important when you are facing challenging and stressful situations.
We understand that matters of family law, whether contested or uncontested, can often be very difficult. You will notice our caring and compassionate approach upon your initial contact with our office.

Our job is to help navigate you through the complicated legal process, to provide you with a complete understanding of your legal options, obligations, possible outcomes and consequences.

We will guide you toward a course of action that will best serve your unique position, while anticipating both your immediate and future needs.
