Alyson Bisceglia

planning. She also has experience in family law, including divorce and custody matters, as well as personal injury issues. Alyson received her law degree from the Quinnipiac University School of Law and her Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Bentley University. She is admitted to practice law in Connecticut and New Hampshire. In law school she served at the Editor-in-Chief for the Quinnipiac Health Law Journal. In her spare time, she enjoys trying out new fitness classes, spending time with friends, playing tennis, and hiking with her Golden Retriever, Charlotte. She is an avid reader and lover of history.

Joseph E. Fournier

Joseph E. Fournier is an Attorney and a CPA who has more than twenty years experience advising and leading companies and individuals in a variety of capacities.

Joe also assists in structuring, negotiating, and providing financial analysis for movie and film productions, environmental remediation, renewable energy, historic rehabilitation, and affordable housing tax credits. He has a unique understanding of the MA Brownfields Tax Credit regulations and has filed two of the largest applications in the program's history.

Because Joe understands the realities of managing a financial budget, and knows he can only be as successful as his clients, he works with each client individually to tailor a fee-based arrangement that increases the likelihood of long-term success.

Joe received his law degree from the University of North CarolinaChapel Hill School of Law and his Accounting degree from the University of Rhode Island. He is admitted to practice law in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island, and he is a CPA. He is an Adjunct Professor and lecturer at the University level and has been a frequent speaker on business planning and legal matters.
