Meet Attorney Dan Foster - Managing Partner
Dan Foster, Erie Bankruptcy Attorney
I'm sure you are not reading this because you just hit the lottery. In fact, most of my potential clients normally contact my office as a "last resort". I understand that it takes a good bit of courage to pick up the phone or send the initial email to my office, but I can assure you it will be worth your time and effort.
I am a bankruptcy lawyer, but first and foremost, I am a proud Pennsylvanian. I was born and raised in Pennsylvania, I cheer for the Penguins and I chose to become a bankruptcy attorney to help the hard working, industrious people of Western Pennsylvania who have fallen on hard financial times.
New clients frequently try to convince me that they are good people and that bankruptcy was their final option. I can tell you that I NEVER JUDGE or make assumptions about one's character during a first consultation, or at any other time for that matter. I truly listen to all concerns and offer a plan that restructures and eliminates debt while keeping your family's best interests in mind.
Bankruptcy has helped MY OWN FRIENDS AND FAMILY through tough times, and I see it as powerful reorganizational tool that is actually not utilized enough. I get it times are tough for many individuals and families in Western Pennsylvania and when you have bill problems it can seem like there is no way out but the truth is, you have options, there is an exit door and that is precisely why we need to meet.
I have helped several thousand people through the Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 process. You won't "scare" me, no matter how bad you believe your situation is relative to others. We will work together to GET YOU OUT OF DEBT AND REBUILD YOUR FINANCIAL LIFE.
I hope that you find my web site helpful and informational. However, the information on these pages are only the "tip of the iceberg" in regard to the bankruptcy laws and procedure. The best advice I can give you at this point is to NOT ASSUME. In other words your situation is not identical to your co-worker's, family member's, or anyone else for that matter. Just because they may have had a bad experience with a consumer bankruptcy or bankruptcy lawyer, doesn't mean YOU will.
So feel free to fill out the web form or call my office during regular business hours. From there we will schedule a local consultation to see how we can work through your problems. As always, I will not charge you a penny until we agree to work together.
I look forward to meeting you.
