Paul Foley

The first of his family to practice law, Paul hails from a diverse background. After living in seven states, he has finally settled down in Texas. During his legal studies at Ohio Northern University School of Law, Paul devoted his time to preparing for the courtroom and excelled at several appellate advocacy and mock trial competitions.

He previously interned at a medical malpractice defense firm in Huntington, West Virginia where he learned the fundamentals of Firm operations. After being licensed, Paul worked with a solo practitioner focusing on business disputes and bankruptcy. Thereafter, he transitioned to a small law firm focusing on business, estate, and family law. Using the expertise learned over several years of practice, Paul now devotes his time to helping individuals and businesses prepare for all situations. His areas of practice include Business Law, Probate and Estate Planning, Family Law and Real Estate.

Paul adamantly maintains that proper planning in any situation can save thousands, if not hundreds of thousands, of dollars in future litigation costs. For that reason, he aims to help those interested in protecting their assets while minimizing personal liability.

Paul has helped local high school students understand the legal process and prepared the students to participate in mock trial competitions. He has also served as a director for the non-profit, Honoring Alamo City Heroes, Inc. ("HACH"). HACH charitably contributed to firefighters, police and military family members in the San Antonio area who were injured or lost their lives while serving.

In furtherance of his professional development, Paul completed the Entrepreneurial and Professional Institute Connection ("EPIC") with the Alamo City Chamber of Commerce. In his free time, he enjoys watching NFL and NBA games and also enjoys golfing and fishing. Paul is licensed to practice in Federal Court for the Western District of Texas.

Paul's motto, which he takes to heart, is "prudent advice at a reasonable price."
