How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

Our lawyers believe deeply in the importance of the jury system established and protected by our Constitution. Our firm is based on the representation of the victims and the families of people who have needlessly lost their lives due to the negligence of others. Our cases arise in many contexts, including medical malpractice, automobile, trucking, motorcycle, premises and workplace accidents. We have successfully represented families in these cases in both Federal and State Courts throughout Georgia. We exhaustively investigate and develop all physical and testimonial evidence in these cases with the goal of bringing the true facts to light in the Courtroom, and bringing justice to those who have lost a loved one.
