Jennifer Williams Flinn is the owner of the Flinn Law Firm, P.A., located in downtown Little Rock, where she specializes in appellate advocacy, education law, and health care law. Jennifer also works as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, Bowen School of Law, where she teaches a course in Education Law to second and third-year law students.
Jennifer attended college at the University of North Texas, graduating in 2003 with a Bachelor of Business Administration. Immediately upon graduating from college, Jennifer moved to Little Rock and enrolled at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, Bowen School of Law. By enrolling in a joint degree program, Jennifer graduated in 2006 with both a law degree (Juris Doctor) and a Master of Business Administration.
Prior to starting her own law firm, Jennifer served as a policy advisor to Governor Mike Beebe, focusing on education and health care issues. Jennifer has also served as an attorney in the Arkansas Department of Education's General Counsel's Office, and immediately following her graduation from law school, Jennifer had the pleasure of serving as a judicial law clerk to the recently retired Justice Robert L. Brown of the Arkansas Supreme Court.
