In his own words, Attorney Daniel J. Fisher believes that he is truly called to work in immigration law. Attorney Fisher is an Orlando immigration lawyer and the managing partner at the Law Offices of Fisher & Frommer, PLLC. As such, he focuses his practice almost solely on immigration cases. Before Fisher & Frommer, Mr. Fisher earned valuable legal experience working for another immigration firm. His professional experience includes labor and employment law as well.
During his time at other firms, Mr. Fisher was responsible to file visas for corporations, individuals, and entertainers. The experience that he accumulated included hundreds of employment-based visas for individuals too.
"I was personally responsible for successfully bringing over hundreds of individuals on employment-based visas," said Mr. Fisher.
As a passionate advocate for his clients, Mr. Fisher also lobbied the Department of Labor to stop changes concerning H visas that would affect corporations and his business immigration clients. During this time, he went to Washington, DC to represent the firm. There, he spoke with the heads of the Department of Labor, Foreign Labor Division.
Mr. Fisher decided to start Fisher & Frommer in 2006 with Attorney Eric Frommer. His experience with business and employment visas include software companies, hospitals, assisted living facilities, universities, manufacturing companies, entertainment companies, and a wide-variety of other businesses.
Due to the complex nature of immigration law, Mr. Fisher regularly travels to represent clients across the nation. He has appeared in Las Vegas, San Francisco, Dallas, Georgia, North Carolina Boston, New York, Charlotte, Reno, and Louisiana. He also appears in USCIS interviews and Immigration Court between 75 and 100 times every year.
