Daniel Fisher

MANAGING PARTNER

In his own words, Attorney Daniel J. Fisher believes that he is truly called to work in immigration law. As an attorney" he said, "I could work in any area of law, but for me there is nothing more satisfying than helping someone realize their dreams of living and contributing to this great country".

Attorney Fisher is an Orlando immigration lawyer and the managing partner at the Law Offices of Fisher & Frommer, PLLC. As such, he focuses his practice almost solely on immigration cases. Before Fisher & Frommer, Mr. Fisher earned valuable legal experience working for another immigration firm. His professional experience includes labor and employment law as well.

During his time at other firms, Mr. Fisher was responsible to file visas for corporations, individuals, and entertainers. The experience that he accumulated included hundreds of employment-based visas for individuals too.

"I was personally responsible for successfully bringing over hundreds of individuals on employment-based visas," said Mr. Fisher.

As a passionate advocate for his clients, Mr. Fisher also lobbied the Department of Labor to stop changes concerning H visas that would affect corporations and his business immigration clients. During this time, he went to Washington, DC to represent the firm. There, he spoke with the heads of the Department of Labor, Foreign Labor Division.

Mr. Fisher decided to start Fisher & Frommer in 2006 with Attorney Eric Frommer. Today, he has handled virtually every type of immigration case; even some challenged and complex immigration filings like H-1, H-2a, H2B, O, P, PERM, VAWA, EB-5, R, L-1, and E-2 visas. He is also well-versed in international adoptions, national interest waivers, F-1 visas, citizenship, family-based immigration petitions, and I-751 visas. His experience with business and employment visas include software companies, hospitals, assisted living facilities, universities, manufacturing companies, entertainment companies, and a wide-variety of other businesses.

Due to the complex nature of immigration law, Mr. Fisher regularly travels to represent clients across the nation. He has appeared in Las Vegas, San Francisco, Dallas, Georgia, North Carolina Boston, New York, Charlotte, Reno, and Louisiana. He also appears in USCIS interviews and Immigration Court between 75 and 100 times every year.

Mr. Fisher is well-versed in every aspect of immigration law. He frequently helps individuals who face allegations of fraud, overstay, and criminal convictions. His experience includes waivers, motions for post-conviction relief, motions to vacate plea agreements, and appeals, asylum cases, adjustments, and Cancellation of Removal - 240(A)(a) and (b)

Charles Smith

Charles Smith is a valuable asset to the legal team at the Law Offices of Fisher & Frommer, PLLC, where he oversees and leads the immigration department.

Mr. Smiths

Eric Frommer

Of all the many practice areas I could have chosen to work in, I chose employment law civil rights because of the ability to directly help people in need, fight for the underdog, battle against prejudice and injustice.

Prior to Fisher & Frommer I worked in the insurance industry as an arbitrator and then the legal department of a Fortune 500 company. I took advantage of the rare opportunity to work with the British and Swedish governments to work with non-governmental organization in Central America to bring peace and security to the region.

In 2006, my partner Daniel Fisher and I were both dissatisfied with firms we were working for and began Fisher & Frommer, PLLC. Because of the focus of my practice there are few situations I have not seen before. My daily practice has presented me with the chance to represented clients in Federal court across the country in civil and administrative proceedings. Our firm regularly represents employees and a diverse group of employers that include, among others, hospitals, assisted living facilities, physician groups, trucking companies, manufactures, hotels, and race horse breeder.

A large part of my practice is representing individuals in the following areas:

* Nolo has confirmed that every member attorney has a valid license and is in good standing with the state agency that licenses lawyers. Any past disbarments and suspensions (with possible exceptions for minor violations or nonpayment of dues, in our discretion) will be indicated accordingly in the badge. Member attorneys are required to notify Nolo immediately if they become the subject of any disciplinary action by any state licensing agency.
