Thomas Fesenmyer

Serving all of Central and Southern Ohio, Attorney Thomas M. Fesenmyer (Tom) is dedicated to helping his clients solve their financial issues in a timely and cost-effective manner. Tom has personally filed several thousand cases and has the expertise to achieve immediate results for his clients, including stopping Foreclosures, Repossessions, Wage Garnishments, Law Suits, Utility Shut-offs, Creditor Harassment, Bank Attachments, and Pay-Day Loans. Tom's goal for all of his clients is asset protection and debt elimination. Tom offers a strong knowledge of the law, a professional and understanding atmosphere, and flexible hours.

In his free time, Tom enjoys spending time with his wife/legal assistant Pam and dog Bailey. He also enjoys watching Ohio State sports, golfing and riding his motorcycle.

Courtney Cousino

Courtney is an attorney at Fesenmyer Cousino Weinzimmer who has helped thousands of people overcome financial difficulties. Because of this experience, she has the knowledge and understanding of the law required to help people begin the journey to a more secure financial future. Being a part of a boutique law firm with a handful of attorneys that dedicate their skills to one area of law means that she focuses her time on very individualized solutions to managing debt related issues. Courtney is proud to assist in helping people resolve their financial hardships. Outside of the courtroom, she spends significant time being involved in the Credit Education Coalition and International Women's Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation.

Danielle Weinzimmer

Danielle has been a bankruptcy attorney since 2007. What makes Danielle a successful bankruptcy attorney is the relationship she builds with her clients.
