How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

Hi, I'm Chris.

And I can sum up why I do what I do in one sentence:
I like helping people and I consider it a privilege to get to fight for my clients and help them regain control of their lives after suffering a financial setback.

I grew up in a blue collar family outside of New York City. My father was a proud United States Marine and an NYPD Motorcycle Police Officer, who was injured in the line of duty. My mother, quite possibly had the hardest job of all - raising three growing, boisterous and high-spirited boys. Believe me when I say I know what it means to work hard for a living and I know working hard for a living can also mean working even harder to keep what you have spent your life working toward.

In these uncertain financial and economic times, having the right person in your corner can mean the difference between taking control of your situation or allowing your situation to take control of you. I have devoted my life's work to fighting for honest, hard working people who have found themselves in circumstances beyond their control. I guess you could say this has always been my calling and I absolutely love getting to be a guiding light at a time of need.

I have a proven track record of helping my clients eliminate insurmountable amounts of debt and take their first steps toward regaining their financial freedom.

I look forward to working with you.

What experience or education distinguishes your lawyers from others?

Attorney Christian B. Felden earned his undergraduate degree from Cornell University and his Juris Doctor Degree Cum Laude from University of Miami School of Law. He has law offices in both North Carolina and Florida. As the distinguished author of the book, "Do You Need To Make A Financial U-Turn?", with over 30 years of experience, he is considered an expert in the field of Bankruptcy Law.

What distinguishes your law firm from others?

Truth be told, I have never met anyone who actually wanted to file bankruptcy. It's just not one of those things that you do because you want to, and certainly no one expects to have to file bankruptcy in their lifetime, but it sure is nice to be able to use its protections if the need arises.

Let me show you how bankruptcy can and will work for you. I will let you in on the bankruptcy secrets that 'they' don't want you to know and show you the road to regaining your financial freedom.
